Lee Boyd Malvo denied parole, 20 years after D.C. area shootings

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Lee Boyd Malvo, the young Jamaican convicted of  several killings in Virginia has been denied parole on the basis that he is still a risk to the community two decades after he was encouraged by and his older accomplice to undertake a series of random shootings in the area.
