JAMAICA Poised to Generate Record US$3.3B in Tourism Earnings For 2018

MONTEGO BAY,  Jamaica December 25, 2018 - Jamaica is poised to generate a record US$3.3 billion in tourism earnings for 2018. This, according to Tourism Minister, Hon. Edmund Bartlett, who says that up to December 14, revenue inflows had increased by nine percent, with visitor arrivals up 5.3 per cent over the corresponding period in 2017.

Jamaica's tourist arrivals continue to increase

KINGSTON, April 15, 2015 - Jamaica continues to record increased stopover and cruise ship visitor arrivals, a trend which has carried over from 2014. This is the word from Tourism and Entertainment Minister  Dr. Wykeham McNeill as he made his presentation in the Sectoral Debate in the House of Representatives, yesterday under the theme: ‘Tourism Working for Jamaica’.
