Court overturns injunction against TVJ airing of Holness exposé

KINGSTON, August 4, 2016 - The Supreme Court has lifted the injunction, which barred Television Jamaica –TVJ from rebroadcasting an episode of the 18 Degrees North Programme, which focused on Prime Minister Andrew Holness, his Beverly Hills house under construction, and the payment of property taxes.
