bRIDGETOWN,  Barbados, Sept 25, 2018 - Government has appointed international pop icon, Robyn “Rihanna” Fenty, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, with specific responsibility for promoting education, tourism and investment for the island.
