Job creation must accompany growth says PM Simpson-Miller

MONTEGO BAY,  Jamaica Oct. 23, 2014- Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller told a gathering of officials of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), other international organisations, Ministers of Finance and Central Bank Governors and other policy makers from across the Caribbean, that economic growth by itself will not be enough to lift the people of Jamaica and the Caribbean region to a significantly higher standard of living.
