CARICOM | Trinidad's Rowley is New CARICOM Chair

MONTEGO BAY, January 1, 2021 - Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Dr. Keith Rowley is the new Chairman of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). He takes over the portfolio from St. Vincent and the Grenadines prime minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves who served as regional Chair for the past six months.

CARICOM | Sanders flays OAS for allowing Guaidó attack on Trinidad and Tobago

MONTEGO BAY, December 19, 2020 - Antigua and Barbuda’s Ambassador of Antigua and Barbuda to the United States and the Organisation of American States, Sir Ronald Sanders has described as “sordid” and “a presumptuous assault,” an attack on the Government of Trinidad and Tobago by a representative of Juan Guaidó at a meeting of the Organization of American States last Wednesday over the drowning death of 16 Venezuelan refugees at sea.
