MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica Sept. 30, 2020 - The Jamaica Cuba Friendship Association says it condemns what it said was a vile attempt by the United States Pan American Health Organization( PAHO) in a  partisan way,  as part of their efforts aimed  at securing  his  re-election on November 3, 2020.
