Ar GEORGETOWN, Guyana, December 12, 2022 - The Opposition Coalition representative on the Guyana Election Commission, GECOM, Commissioner Mr. Vincent Alexander has lashed out at GECOM Administration's apparent complicity with the Local Government Minister, who effected gazetted changes to constituency boundaries, despite the fact that he has no power or authority to do so.
