GEORGETOWN,  Guyana, April 7, 2024 - Guyana’s Attorney General Anal Nandlall has come under fire from the Opposition’s Shadow Attorney General and spokesman on justice, Senior Counsel Roysdale Forde who said the government’s decision to approach the CCJ to reverse the Court of Appeal’s decision, compelling ExxonMobil to provide unlimited insurance coverage in the event of an oil spill,  proves it has no commitment to the Guyanese people and the prudent management of Guyana’s resources.
