GUYANA | IMF Gives Guyana the thumbs up in its 2019 Article IV Consultation
WASHINGTON, DC, September 16, 2019 - The Intertnational Monetary Fund's Executive Board has given Guyana the thumbs up in managing the economy, as it concluded its 2019 Article IV Consultation with the government. The IMF welcomed Guyana’s broad‑based economic expansion in recent years, underpinned by prudent macroeconomic policies.
