KINGSTON, April 4, The Vale Royal Talks – a mechanism by which the two main political parties, the governing Jamaica Labour Party and the Opposition People's National Party can hold bipartisan dialogue on critical national issues, got under way this morning at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Regional Headquarters after a protracted delay.
