CARICOM SG congratulates Haiti on 215th Independence Anniversary

GEORGETOWN, Guyana, January 1, 2019 - CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque has extended the Caribbean Community’s congratulations to Haiti on its Two Hundred and Fifteenth Anniversary of Independence, 1 January 2019, noting the continued significance of the occasion as a symbol of triumph over adversity.
